Pay the balance and return your signed Charter Agreement

The balance needs to be paid by the due date shown on the Charter Agreement letter (which is emailed to you once the deposit is paid).

If you pay your deposit over the phone by credit card, we will hold your credit card details and, with your permission, debit the balance on the due date. Other payment options are: cash, cheque or via direct bank deposit - please contact us if you would like our bank details. 

We don't normally issue a receipt but are happy to do so if you ask.

Security Bond

You pay the Security Bond when you arrive for your holiday using credit card (pre-authorisation), cash or bank cheque, but sorry, not personal or company cheques.

The Bond is refundable providing you return the boat in good condition at the end of your holiday. Please read the details about security bonds, insurance and damage in the following Terms and Conditions of Charter.
