Sailing in teams requires cooperation, initiative, problem solving, clear communication, and focus on an activity often very different to what you experience in your corporate role. For these reasons it has proven to be a very powerful activity as either a part of a conference, or as a stand alone activity.

We can organise full catering, land based accommodation, conference facilities, plus much more. A popular combination involves a package where a morning of sailing tuition is followed by an afternoon of match racing, a day of land based conference, and a combination of accommodation on land and on board the boats.

We can provide skippers for your boats to make the leap into sailing carefree, or why not spend a morning learning from our skippers so that you can match race in the afternoon with only yourselves and your new-found knowledge on board!

We have multiple quantities of some types of yachts which makes the racing exciting and even more fun.
