From your first phone enquiry right through to helping you disembark your boat at the end of your holiday, Riviera Nautic is here to assist you any way possible. We understand that a boating holiday can be a little more complex than booking a hotel room – no question is silly (trust us, we’ve heard them all before!), and it’s important to us that you feel comfortable to get the most out of your boating experience.
According to many of our guests, the support and service they receive from our team is what makes a difference to them whilst out on the water.
We offer 24 hour support during your charter, with a high speed rescue vessel that can access anywhere within our charter zone in short period of time.
Phone support and scheduled marine radio contact is common, and for many charterers, these updates of current weather conditions and discussions about nightly mooring destinations is all the contact they need.
However, for others, assistance with map reading, decision making, running aground and so on are small issues we can respond to promptly and effectively, allowing you to get on with your holiday. So we encourage charterers to make contact with us if they have questions, need encouragement or if something does not go to plan.
