If it’s a calm, beautiful day make the most of it and take a picnic over to Barrier Landing. Spend a few hours on Ninety Mile Beach (the second longest beach on earth!) where you might see dolphins in the surf or seals, both of which are common sight.

If you enjoy fishing there are plenty of good hot spots within arms reach of our marina. We receive weekly reports from locals who share what they are catching, where and what type of bait they are using. While we are organising your day boat, we can also assist you with a fishing license, frozen bait and a range of fishing gear from our shop. We also sell ice, drinks and snacks so you’ll be all set for a day on the water.
